The ‘Curly Hair Project’ is organising some Autism Learning Days that will be running across the UK, one of which will be in Ely.
Alis Rowe is the founder of Curly Hair Project and her aim is to bridge the communication gap between those on the spectrum and their neurotypical loved ones. She has won many awards for her amazing work and her work covers a range from books to blogs to award winning animations.
The content of the days are written by Alis and delivered by a parent of an autistic child, providing real lived experience.
The Learning days in Ely will be January, April and July 2019.
