New drop-in sessions for adults with autism and their families and carers at the March Community Centre

The NAS are coming to March with a new social group for autistic adults and anybody you wish to bring along for support. The sessions will provide information and advice for you as well as a place for you to meet, socialise and exchange ideas.
An NAS Autism Support Manager and experienced Committee Member will attend each session to offer you support, help and guidance. The sessions are free and bookings are not required. Please come along and share your experiences, interests and concerns. Refreshments are provided with our compliments and the room is easy to access with adjacent toilets and free parking on site. There is also a room available for one-to-one conversation and an area you can go if you become a little overwhelmed. We will show you the site and make you very welcome.
The sessions will also follow a themed format involving friendly topical conversation and an overview of NAS services during the first half. We will organise and manage various board games during the second half. You will be made welcome to join in or you can relax in our company.
We will also organise a couple of special events annually, which you can offer your thoughts towards.
Dates for 2017: May 31st, June 28th, July 26th, August 30th and September 27th. For ease, these dates are all the last Wednesday in their month.
Time: 12 noon – 2pm.
